06.10. - 08.10.2023
À propos de l'atelier
What does it mean to advance in your practice?
Why is asana so important and emphasized in yoga classes?
What is the end result of continuous daily practice?
In this twenty five hour module, hosted by Joan Hyman from The School of Yoga, we will explore the tools needed to stay dedicated to these yogic disciplines that can elevate your consciousness and ultimately lead to more awareness and self exploration.
The practice of yoga is taught in a progressive way for a reason. As we progress in our practice, we need more tools to go deeper. Challenging postures show us where we hold resistance that can block us from expanding our consciousness. To be able to advance in your practice, one needs a teacher and a strong sense of discernment to know which practice is right for them. As we advance in our practice, we begin to commit to a daily routine that can transform us and our daily practice can become our medicine that can help us stay grounded and rooted as we move through life.
This weekend will inspire you to deepen in your practice and you will learn how to make challenging postures accessible. Through advancing in my own asana practice, I have found more strength, resilience, and patience within myself, which has ultimately guided me to live a life with more awareness and fulfillment.
As we stay the course in our yoga practice, we can tap into an unlimited potential of energy that can keep us inspired to live life in a present and a connected way.
During these 3 days we will also learn how to establish daily practice by the art of sequencing.
